EXCPR is a consultancy and business management firm, which is specialize in supplying strategic consultancy services to its customer. The company was founded by its current Managing Director Mr. Nayef Bastaki and located in Kuwait, in 2011. The company is aiming to provide its services to the private and promising global organizations, which are looking to support its management decisions, draw its future, and working in high efficient way. The following are some discussion about the company services:

1.    Support the Management Decision

The first type of the company's services is about the managerial skills, which is related to the subject "making a decision". In this section, the company is providing its products which will support such kind of services, for example, the corporate and business strategy. The corporate strategy is important for customer, as it will advise with the best market to compete in. While the second product -business strategy, will shows customer how to compete in such market and create tactics and strategies. 

2.    Make the Future 

The second kind of services is called “making the future". In this business area, the company will study the current market and competitors, in addition to the next trend in different market, and then apply the customer's strategic direction. Some example of such services is creating Vision and Mission to the organization, in addition to finding their Values. 

3.    Working efficiently 

The third kind of company's service is related to efficiency and saving resources. Thus, the customer can maximum their income/ revenue as such service will improve the distance between the company's cost and sales. Therefore, the following are some examples for such services, the business model and balanced scorecard. The business model will create a way for running the organization' products and services in systematic way, and avoid the personality and mistake factors. While the balanced scorecard, will allow top management to run and keep monitor the business in high efficient way and follow the project status. 

Finally, Mr. Bastaki said, it is so important for companies which are expanding in the global market to have such kind of services, as it will improve its assets and revenue ( ie. the companies in Dubai, London, New York, Seoul, ...etc). Additionally, it is so important for the CEO's which it's organization' capital is more than USD 10 million or has more than 1000 employee, to think about such kind of services.
