Survey is one of the important statistic tools for measuring the customer feeling about current or future product produce by the company. It is more about getting the customer feedback about such product or services. It works as an initial direction and improving area for such situation. Furthermore, it is playing a major role in today's business as the new marketing concept is starting with the customer wants and needs.
The main problem for most of the survey, is that some individual may not take the issue in serious bases or they are not interesting at all to do the survey for any reasons.
