Business Plan
The
objective of this project is to simplify the way to corporate and individuals
to initiate it business plan in an efficient way. A business plan is use as
a road map for developing and create a new product line to customer. The goals
of a business plan is to help companies to make more revenue, shifting the
business idea to real activities, identify the business strengths and
weaknesses, control business growth, and managing the business.
A
business plan is the following step for the project feasibility study - which
follow the business idea stage. That means a business plan can be create after
passing through the feasibility study and business idea gates. A business
plan can be dived into four main sections, which are business description,
marketing plan, operations plan and financial plan.
Business
description
The
first section in the business plan is discussing the business in more details.
Therefore the business description section is contain and discus more about the
business concept, the product, and the location. The business concept part is
explaining the business form, business type, the product name, the value added
to customer, ... Etc. The second part in the business description is discussing
the product and services subject, and how it will solve the customer problems
or deliver their needs, product differentiation, ... Etc. Then, the third part
in the business description is showing the business location, the strategy of
choosing the best area, ... Etc.
Marketing
plan
After
describing the business in some detail, the general concept for the business is
appear, but - hold on- it required some additional research to understand the
market deeply. Therefore, the second section in the business plan is presenting
the market plan. The market plan is discussing the modern concept of marketing,
which is answering the question of "what is the customer needs and
wants?". Thus, it is so important -in this stage- to identify the business
customer clearly, and the business segmentation- target market. The
segmentation approach can save and direct the company's resources in high
efficient way - Gender, Age, Salary, and Location. By identifying these
factors, company can develop a marketing strategy in effective way. The
marketing plan section may include some additional data such as, the market
growth rate, market share, expand strategy, customer loyalty, product price,
competitor's names, ... Etc.
Operations
plan
The
third section in the business plan project is call operations plan. The
operations plan section is discussing the approach of marking decision in the
company, and the ability to manage the organization. The operations plan is
discussing how to manage the staff to reach the required targets, how to
utilize assets and equipment’s in high efficient way, and which kind of
services that the company need to hire consultant. Also operations plan -or
management plan- can include additional information like, applying SWOT
analysis, board of directors, management team, rules and duties, vision,
mission & values, business strategy, corporate strategy, training required,
follow the required procedure
Financial
plan
The
last section of the business plan document is summarizing the early three
stages, and convert them into an usual and measurable number. The financial
plan includes project capital, setting budget, operating cost - fixed and
variable, ...etc.
