Introduction

Exceptional performance co. – EXPCR – is an entrepreneur consultant and business management, which is  concentrate on maximizing the profit margin for its customer. The profit margin is the difference between the total price to the total cost. Thus, EXCPR is working on the lower area of maximizing profits, through the cost concept. Therefore, as the cost is going down more profit margin will occur, but why an organization is spending more than requirement !?. It is for two reasons, the first one is related to a lake of information and knowledge, while the second one is for the lake of following up issues. At the end, EXCPR is created and introduced to the market to support such idea by providing the consultant services and the business management to the customer.
