The business characteristic have been changed from the general trading concept to the concentration, from the individual to the corporation, from the local to the global, from the monopoly to the competition, from making profits to maximizing the profit margin, from the spending to controlling, and the resources from the affluent to the scarcity.  

All such changes in the above economic concepts are appeared after the measurement shows low level of values in such items. Such measurement is called the efficiency factor. It is related to the current capability to the actual works.   Efficiency factor is an important one as it is the number for showing how an organization is using its resources?, how profitable are they?, how much the losses?, ..etc.

Thus, to solve/avoid such problems to occur, managements have to use the modern theories and the talent management skills, for adjusting and eliminate the case. Such two direction are the gates for establishing EXCPR CO. which is concentrating on the consultancy and business management sector.
